8. Parcel Marked as Delivered

If tracking information indicates that a parcel has been delivered but has not been received, the customer should first:

– check with neighbours, reception, or any designated safe place
– contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking details

If the carrier confirms the parcel has been lost and the delivery details provided were correct and complete, Lullaby Home will arrange either a replacement or a refund.

Where the issue results from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, Lullaby Home will not be required to issue a refund or replacement.

Any claim for non-receipt must be submitted within 45 days from the order date. After this period, the delivery will be considered confirmed.
