At Lullaby Home, customer satisfaction remains a priority.
If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Period
You may submit a return request within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Requests made after this timeframe may not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following requirements must be fulfilled:
– the item must be unused and in its original condition
– it must be returned in its original packaging
– all accessories, components or included items must be returned
– valid proof of purchase must be provided (such as order confirmation or invoice)
Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
Returns may be declined if the item shows signs of use, damage not related to delivery, missing components, or is no longer suitable for resale.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return relates to a confirmed faulty or damaged product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any initial delivery charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Returns are completely free. No restocking fee, ever.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
– ensure the item meets the eligibility conditions listed above

– complete the form and include it inside the parcel (or write the required details manually if printing is not possible)
– send the parcel to the address provided in the return instructions

– or store credit
5. Return Inspection and Processing
Once the returned item has been received, it will be inspected to ensure compliance with our return conditions.
If the return is approved, Lullaby Home will:
– issue a refund via the original payment method
– or send a replacement item (subject to availability)
– or provide store credit, where requested
Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be reviewed and processed, excluding any additional banking delays.
Lullaby Home reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated conditions or fall outside the return window.
6. Damaged or Defective Items on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
To qualify, the item must not have been used, altered or modified.
Once verified, Lullaby Home may offer:
– a replacement
– a refund
– or store credit
In such cases only, return shipping costs may be covered, and a prepaid return label may be provided where applicable.
7. Refunds
Once your return has been approved and processed:
– the refund will be issued using the original payment method
– you will receive a confirmation email

– returns sent using cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted
